We have an office staff and computerized project scheduling and accounting tools. We use custom contracts and your project is guaranteed against faulty workmanship for one year from the original date of completion. We are licensed, bonded and fully insured. Your investment, our company and our subcontractors are covered in Washington and Oregon.
Pat Price, vice-president of aqcBuilders, is a college educated, custom home builder and remodeling contractor with over 25 years full time, local experience.
Through continuing education, he became a Certified Graduate Remodeler with The National Association of Home builders, and pursues his Master Builder certification. He also has training in green building practices and is a LEED Accredited Professional with the U.S. Green Building Council.
